It’s only been seven years since the iPhone first burst on the scene, yet many of us now can’t imagine life without it (or without our smartphones). We use it to keep in touch, to tell us where to go, what to do, order food and groceries, meet new people. But research has suggested that more than becoming dependent on it, we might be nursing a growing addiction. Today we ask: are we addicted to our smart phones, and is this a problem?
